<description>This is nothing less than an effort to dissuade the importation of firearms into the U.S. as well as cripple domestic manufacture by dramatically increasing production costs and liabilities! This is a de facto tax on firearms, and is yet one more tool that can be used to eventually disarm the law abiding citizens....</description>
