We were barely a breakeven operation. It makes me sick that the government can illegally take money out of my business and not pay me back. I'm not a big coal company who can make up this later. I provided jobs for 50 employees for over 10 years and have nothing to show for it. It has been implied that I should have known that the tax was unconstitutional. When people pay their taxes, they always assume that the government could not tax them illegally.
