<description>Republican legistors should get onboard this bill as it empowers credit unions to serve more small businesses.  Democrats should support this a way to continue competition for the banks which helps consumers.  Bankers will mke false claims about how this might hurt them but as the most profitable industry that doesn't actually produce something, I don't see any validity in their arguments....</description>
