<description>We should, at the very least, follow Singapore's example and I am not sure this bill completely does that. : 
    * Adoption of Stringent Engine Emission Standards
    * Adoption of Fuel Quality Standards
    * Periodic mandatory Inspection of vehicle emissions by vehicle inspection centers
    * Enforcement against smoky vehicles by Pollution Control Department...</description>
