I blame air-conditioning for the loss of human rights in our country. This is a direct violation of your constitutional rights. I have never been charged with a crime. Just being loud and obnoxious. GUILTY AS CHARGED! I love my daughter and have crawled over hell on my knees on broken glass for the kid, and she knows I love her. It doesnt change the fact that I havent been allowed to see her since May 12th, the day she was taken. Each part of the legally required court mandated protections were ignored. No phone calls, no supervised visits, no updates on her health. I will not even get a jurisdictional hearing until end o august. The facts are on our side, but we have been demolished. Our home is going for sale, to pay for the legal fees. However, after blowing through ten grand, we had to let go the lawyer. 10th amendment ???
